Remi is the owner and operator at Remuce. With nearly 10 years experience in hospitality, Remi has always had the passion for business and food, so why not do both! A business degree graduate, certificates in food handling, kitchen work, barista and also the food safety supervisor, for her age, Remi is very knowledgeable and understands what it takes to bring customers the ultimate experience.
Day to Day you can find Remi floating between the kitchen, coffee machine and bar.
Scott is the head cook at Remuce. Being the brother of Remi, Scott has his hands busy not only in the kitchen, but in the business side of things to! His passion for food really shows in the quality of food he produces every day at Remuce. A crowd favourite is his renowned Salt & Pepper Calamari - "best on the Peninsula" says one of our customer review on Trip Advisor.
Scott's dream is to one day be partners with Remi in the business.
Caroline is THE front of house girl at Remuce. With her knowledge on our menu, coffee and beverages, Caroline is your girl when it comes to all things Remuce. Having been in the hospitality industry for over a decade, Caroline knows what customers expect and how to give great customer service.
Molly is one of our cooks at Remuce. Her passion for food shows through all meals made by Molly. Molly loves to create new and fun meals and is always thinking ahead of the game - keeping Remuce up with the times.
